Golfers on the course are often at risk of becoming
seriously dehydrated.
“Drink more water”, everyone says! Few of us drink
enough. Based on 15 years personal experience, I
enthusiastically suggest drinking electrolysis/ alkaline water with added minerals.
From the teenage years on, our thirst index declines
steadily. The older we get, the more likely we do not
sense thirst ...Until we are really very needy of water!
Dehydration is a big factor in chronic disease and

JUST KNOW THIS:
Cells function in a narrow range of pH 7.2 to 7.5; they
must have enough voltage to work; chronic disease has
been linked to loss of voltage; fluids carry additional
electrons (electrolysis water or
Alkazone add electrons
and thus may be called donors); all antioxidant water is
a donor; you might say soft drinks are generally
thieves/stealers. So, drink plenty of the very best
water on the planet!
This is serious business for all of us and especially
athletes!!!
