Intently focus on what is before your

to observe. That's all. However, the more seriously you
take the hour, the better your result will be. |

Pretty much. However, you MUST be in a
very relaxing position, take the program seriously while
giving the event an uninterrupted 50 minutes. Drift in
thought as you are led. You will be thinking about your
own needs to change. You will use your wisdom, passion
and humor. You will not consciously be very aware of the
clever tools/word tricks but your subconscious will take
note of them and good changes will happen. DO put the
controls on pause when you are told to do so. This is
because you will be surprised by your answer. |

go-getter but with kind of a bad temper. Sometimes I
really get into trouble in a good golf game (usually on
