Why is golf so frustrating?

  Yes. You have talent/interest in golf or you would have already quit the game. So, why not go ahead and be a lot better FAST? Please do not go on the course again like a mental "pack mule".
My mind wanders when I watch videos. I am afraid my concentration may be too poor. What do you advise?
  Intently focus on what is before your eyes: the film, text and subtext in front of you on the screen. Take note of colors and movement and just keep listening. Be uninterrupted (no cell phones/put a sign to "keep out" on the door). Just use your strong power to observe. That's all. However, the more seriously you take the hour, the better your result will be.
Will I be intrigued?
  Not in the same way you were if you saw Leonardo DiCaprio in Inception! But, yes. You may never truly understand HOW this video could help you so much, but it WILL! Try to put in relaxation time with the film 4 times if possible, over several weeks. You will be in different states of consciousness so your experiences will vary. Your subconscious uses building blocks in an activity like this.
When I get the video do I just WATCH and that's all?
  Pretty much. However, you MUST be in a very relaxing position, take the program seriously while giving the event an uninterrupted 50 minutes. Drift in thought as you are led. You will be thinking about your own needs to change. You will use your wisdom, passion and humor. You will not consciously be very aware of the clever tools/word tricks but your subconscious will take note of them and good changes will happen. DO put the controls on pause when you are told to do so. This is because you will be surprised by your answer.
I am an emotional type A go-getter but with kind of a bad temper. Sometimes I really get into trouble in a good golf game (usually on the back nine) and all goes to hell. What can one hour really do for me?
  You will get relaxed and be reassured. You already know subconsciously that it WILL help you and you know it is just a question of how much and how fast. When is the last time you jumped for joy anyhow? I bet you need this more than you ever thought you did. In the cool of the evening, get rid of some of the day's grief.
